well I didn't actually say I would do it in WV. LOL. Was only making a point. Lots of people have no clue what 200 acres is. It sounds like a lot to city folks. It's only a little over 1/4 mile walk to the center from any edge if it were an even square section of 200 acres of land most likely it is not square
