This Company has Nothing verifiable other than a few retirees who may have let their name stand as a favor.

And a Maybe deal in Belize ... which I frankly doubt they have any money to close on.

As to dilution ... the company does not report ... so we do not know where it stands in terms of the Outstanding share count.
