Thanks. Only FA positive potentials are (1) possible summary judgment infringement ruling in Hynix in next 4 weeks or so, and (2) possible Court of Appeals intervention in IFX case. On the other side, the EPO patent ruling issued earlier this week received little fanfare and could be a major negative if highly publicized (ruling that RMBS' inventions were essentially not novel...). One has to wonder why any American would ever seek to enforce a patent in Europe.
