From my earlier post, I showed thet the 225 million were indeed added as restricted shares of the OS when the PR came out. But, since the latest information from the TA it now appears the 225 million shares are some how in the float and freely tradable. How did that happen if they were restricted to begin with?

These are my opinions unless otherwise noted.
