Lets say you are right that everything is confirmed for the stock to go before the end of August... What do you advise based on your DD that we do if it is september and no news?

If you are the greatest fool then you lose money investing... Educate yourself and do your own DD, just remember you have to be better than the rest. Do you have what it takes to Invest better than me?
