Why this isn't intuitively obvious to some folks I do not know, so I'll spell it out - Some of the NNRI mgt team were asked by a finance entity to sit on the "mgt team" of Vyso "temporarily" while the business was being structured. When they found out who really was behind the business they pulled out. None of the NNRI folks are part of VYSO or any other business that they know is backed by RW.
