i'm not sure, chevdawg. i would imagine there's nothing that would preclude institutions from buying shares on the open market right now, and it's also possible many of them (like weiss multistrategy, for example) were already accumulating before the PP happened.

just imagine: institutional cash may already represent a major % of our existing 29M share float, and after 9/4 they will own an additional 57M+ shares. with that much control, they can pretty much push the stock wherever they want it to go imo.
