I can confirm the information given to another interested party last week on the status of Blue Diamond Ventures Ltd. land purchase in Belize.

The surveys should take another 3 to 4 weeks to be completed and registered after which we should be in a position to complete the sale transaction.

BLDV has expessed an interest in leasing additional acreage in Belize from the Government but no agreement has been made in this regard.

Please note that the GOB is NOT in a partnership nor joint venture with BLDV in this matter.

However, we would welcome their proposed investment so long as they comply with all the laws of Belize.
