As of Wednesday O/S was at 449+ Million. With the A/S currently at 450 Million, the company can no longer dilute (without a formal action such as a shareholder vote increasing the A/S). Thay may explain the 0 volume over the last couple of days.

If the upcoming financials are good, and buying occurs, there is no room for the price to go but up as the company will be unable to dilute into the increasing PPS as has been, apparently, the motis operandi of this company; i.e. price goes up--price then quickly comes down on apparent dilution.

Hopefully, they have all the cash they need from the January to August diltion which can be, again hopefully, used to the company's, and shareholders (ours), advantage.
