Hi Bill, it can't be that.. it's a listed OTCBB stock, and they are not behind in filings.
the yahoo finance message board says there was a $20,000 promo on this.
I'm waiting for the next quarterly filing, but I may call the TA to see is there are still 153m shares.
The action has been discouraging since I bought, and unusual.
They make the Insignia mp3 for BestBuy and now their own mp3, games, etc.. i'm new to this one, i did not pick the bottom and need to do more research on it.
I wonder what the bottom will be..
