Good morning all

As my 5 posts on BLDV board has been consumed I was not able to send this email yesterday afternoon, when I received it from Mr. Waight, Finance Secretary, Belize

After flyonthewall posted her email yesterday, which she said Mr. Waight mailed her, I copied that post (email) and sent it to Mr. Waight`s email address [e-mail]

and 10 minutes later I phoned his office to make sure that he received the email and to make sure that I will get an answer by email to show it to other interested parties.

I am copying below the complete text of an email I sent on 15 July, 2008 to another interested person on the Blue Diamond Ventures matter.

The situation as decribed in the email remains unchanged.

I repeat that Blue Diamond Ventures is in good standing with the Government of Belize and we have no reason to doubt that they will carry out the investments proposed.

Please note however, that the GOB itself is not a partner with Blue Diamond Ventures nor has any equity in that company.

You may share this information with whomever you wish.

The following is the text of my email of 15 July, 2008:

Blue Diamond Ventures Belize Ltd. entered into an Agreement for Sale with the Government of Belize in June 2007 to purchase the property in Belize known as the "Old Lynam College" containing some 180 acrs of land and some 18 small buildings in an advanced state of disrepair, for the purposes of establishing a pilot biodiesel production facility, goat production and training.

The Agreement was later amended in January 2008 to increase the acreage to 201 acers.

The Agreement has not yet been consummated as there has been a delay (on the part of the Government ) in the completion of the land surveys necessary to tranfer title for the property.

It is expected that the survey work will be completed shortly and that the Sale transaction will then be completed.

Blue Diamond Ventures Belize Ltd. is in good standing with the Government of Belize but is not in any partnership or joint venture with the Government of Belize.
