To hide the name of the asset so that future plays cannot be tied to him or he intends to sell the asset from underneath the new company IMO

You should be able to look up all his US listed properties here, make sure you uncheck the yellow abandoned mine box. Once you ID the mine, you can get very detailed information on man hours and citations, operator history.
