Like spec said, not much is known about the seahorse.
My first three guesses would be: (no particular order)

1. up-fitting, perhaps a LARS, hardware, or systems.

2. storage for a customer

3. we've been to a recent subsea equipment auction sale

( I admit #3 is quite unlikely )
