this would never get pr'd because all it would do is draw in new investors and raise the sp making it so the company would have to pay more for those shares - which they wouldn't want.. it would definitely make sense for them to be buying the shares up and hold back news until they were done. I would say we are probably at least a year before we see that happening considering they have still been issuing packets of shares here and there so recently.

The other scenario might have Hemi leave a certain amount of shares available in the o/s to issue right before an announcement of a buyout so as to increase their portion of the proceeds. This would eliminate the need to buy back stock and leave that money free for further and faster development so as to draw any buyout offers sooner.
