Well- I would agree with you about hype and bs but I do not see it working here. If there is a "pumping effort" like you say there is then, who ever is doing the pumping "SUCKS!"
It is really hard, IMO to pump a stock that has so many shares in the float like this on does. And,as you know "pumping" is usually tied to someone trying to get out of thier shares to either get the money back they lent to the CO or the company itself is trying to raise new money.
