"Expo Holdings has never subscribed to any listing service on pinksheets.com, nor has the company paid the $8,000 required to be a “listed” pinksheet. The company, even if it provided all required financial statements, would never achieve more than a “distressed” listing because it has not paid the required listing fees.
You must be a PAID subscriber of pinksheets in order to have any listing over “distressed”. The company is not a 1934 act company and therefore has no requirements to post financial information. The company has no plans to pursue a higher level listing with pinksheets because it is focusing its energy and funds on becoming a 1934 act company and listing on the OTCBB. Audits are not cheap and there is no requirement for even a “transparent” pinksheet to provide audited financials. The company did complete its 2006 audit and will begin its 2007 plus stub period very soon. If they had no desire to become a 1934 act company I highly doubt they would have spent $30K+ on 2006 audits."
