JRI, I think that RadSeal is a by-product of NuCap and that they piggybacked the clearance they already had for NuCap(similar formulations) to get a quick clearance pass into Russia. Lead time was not an issue, as Dow Corning has overseas plants. The real issue was exclusivity. They did not want anyone but them to benefit. I bet you Figovsky is the inventor for RadSeal. Been around along time... Where is all of the information? Global Matrechs should sue these clowns.
