I think the flag on pinksheets works by detecting market makers. I saw MZPP go grey, and pink, and then grey again before it finnally stayed that way. So, I guess I have seen one of the them come back briefly. Who knows, maybe the MM's are just trying to save money at the moment, and have pulled out of the most illiquid stocks.
