I've been wanting to get a reasonably-sized daily driver for a while because the dimensions on my truck are obscene, so it's not the most user-friendly vehicle. And I won't drive the Mustang on the streets because anywhere I go requires first driving on 2 or 5 miles of gravel, depending on where I'm going.
It's tough for me to decide on a car that's both nice enough to interest me, but also tough as nails so I won't have to worry about tearing it up on the gravel.
An old Mercedes would be just about right.
Oh, and here's the truck, with one of the other toys in tow:
The truck doesn't look anywhere near this nice anymore. Almost 3 years of off-road work, gravel roads, and a buggered-up fender (the Toyota Corolla that buggered it up got the raw end of that deal) have taken their toll. Plus it's got a 110-gallon fuel tank and tool chest in the back now. Not a pretty truck anymore.
