Will you be increasing the Authorized Shares in 2008? No I will not



Will you have a reverse split in 2008? I do not plan on doing a reverse split in 08 or 09



Will the collateral 200 million restricted shares enter the free trading float in 2008? No, they couldn’t they are restricted and the earliest the legend could be removed is January of 2009 then would be eligible for resale under rule 144. This is not an issue, when and IF the deal is consummated these shares shall remain in escrow until all the payments are made. If a DEAL is not done then the shares shall be returned to the Transfer agent and the O/S will be adjusted accordingly.
