Reverse Split Round Up Share Plays

Can anyone tell me the broker who PAID the 10 shares of BSMP? B.O.A. is telling me there is no information that they have to show they can request the shares from the DTC for this R/S and name change. Even the daily list was not enough to convince them. So anyone know what broker/s paid out? Thanks...
