Seriously, people, learn grammar. He wasn't calling UPDV the smaller brother. The syntax is: "Like IT'S smaller brother..." "IT'S" referring to UPDV. Read as: "Like UPDV's smaller brother [HTOG]
..."

In short, he was calling HTOG the smaller brother, not UPDV.
