I believe this to be a significant development which has been lost and wasted in the Raging Bull zoo. No doubt, bashers are making all attempts to distract from the latest developments with e.Digital. Fortunately, INVESTORS see the opportunity is a growing one with diminishing risk as the business plan moves forward into revenue producing markets.
Turning the corner has never been more apparent. Products in high profile distribution channels, and now evidence of reorders for the licensing of EDIG technology in a key price target range, has surfaced.

Subject: CHD1000 availability
What is the status of the Circuit City retail arrangements for the Classic CHD1000/XP3 MP3 jukebox? Several acquaintances who have seen my player wish to purchase one for themselves. I'm not sure what to tell them, since I haven't seen an XP3 in the local Circuit City for some weeks now. Are there other retail outlets or has the XP3 been discontinued?
Regards,
Tom

Circuit City should be receiving another shipment soon. The unit is not discontinued.
Thanks
