I see you guys need some help with your Pharmacom research.
Corporations should be registered in every state they are in business.
Seeing as the business in question has a physical outlet (clinic).
This would apply.
If you want to take the time to check all states.
You would then know what states the clinics are going to be established in.
I have in the past researched companies in this manner.
I was going to create a piece of software that would perform an all states search.
