no, thats not what alan told me and my lawyer in an email and on the phone. he told us that the divi would be cash or free stock and that if it was free stock he would guarantee that I would get 0124 per share or more. That happens on the X-date or I sue immediately. my lawyer sues brokers and public companies as a specialty. I dont think alan realized who he was speaking with or what he walked himself into.

there is a chance for a seperate class action for those who bought on alans first PR regarding the divi and the time that he announced it might be something different. my guess it would involve a sizeable class
