They said they were going to and then put out a subsequent PR for each amount they "bought". It appears that NUBV did a buyback a month or so ago but didnt PR it until it was already done. What I'm wondering about NUBV is whether they they increased the float in order to fund the acquisition today or if they planned on using the increase in AS as restricted shares for that purpose? Also, in the last buyback, was anyone able to confirm with the TA that the shares were actually retired?
