Obviously, Curber thought that they might have the partner lined up by end of July, or there wouldn't have been a PR.

Of course, he might be totally blowing hot air too, which is easy to believe when deadlines come and go without explanation.

Obviously, take as much time as you need to get that partner, because this is all meaningless if we don't have it, but might be nice to hear that you're doing something though.
