Unless TCHL is paying cash or some other consideration, the easiest way to get 71% ownership is dillute the common. They didn't SAY that shares would be 5 billion, but it could be inferred.

I certainly don't hope the share increase to be true, but with BHUB not following through by the end of July like they predicted, becoming negative about the situation is pretty easy.

Management should have addressed the plan in some way by 7/31. That's not my date. That's the one that THEY put out there. If they needed until 8/30 or 9/31, why not just put those dates on the PR? I mean, it's been a year and a half almost. What difference does it make.

Without any further information to go on, I think .0005 might be a good price IF we get a 5B count.
