Sure, it's an assumption, but considering this is the pinks, they have a nice big AS with lots of empty space in it, and TCHL and BHUB have the same parent company, I'm sticking with it as the most likely scenario.

Buying shares they could simply grant would be like making a gift to us, something pink sheet companies often pretend to do, but never really do.

Edit: in any case, the asumption is harmless as I expect all of this to be explained prior to trading.
