The best thing ed could do right here for the shareholders and
increase the value of shares so they can make more aquisitions will be to change Authorized Shares to 400 milion, then concentrate on generating some revenue.

They need to come clean with assets,leases,revenue,partnerships,other stock holdings...

No one will touch this stock based on the new AS/OS
