CHIC reported EPS of $0.31 versus $0.40 y/y for June Q3 due to a challenging retail environment, but remains very profitable and seems well positioned for a rebound when the economy improves. Stock was near $34 just 20 months ago ! Solid balance sheet with tangible book value of around $8.

I picked up a few shares this morning at around $10 and will be accumulating on weakness.
