I see questions regarding the new building. Then I see a new facility which Vantillion visited which is in the IBOX. It appears to be the new building as upon entering many of the drywall walls have not yet been painted and there are multiple indications that this is recent construction.

By new building are people thinking Brand New instead of just another, larger facility bigger than the previous one?
