Then, to save space, they had "RVGD enters into 2nd phase" PR, which spelled out absolutely nothing, tell me what the 2nd phase actually entails, other than zilch.
Also, the building they were supposed to build, but didn't, was incorporated into the 80MM contract, to expand their production. Why no building, unless...
Oh, and they were to provide an update on the building in 4-6 weeks from May 2nd PR, yet...he we all sit...no building...no update on it...no nothing.
yeah, sure, permit issues is a lame excuse, if that is where anyone wants to go w/that. Pulled many permits, didn't take 8 months, never...so yes, I think it's fair to say there bogus, and yes, I said previously no building would be built in 2008, if at all, and that's not bogus!
