Manitowoc (MTW) to sell marine segment for $120 million

LONDON (MarketWatch) -- The Manitowoc Co. said it's going to sell its marine segment to a group led by Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri that includes Lockheed Martin for $120 million in cash. The unit that employs 1,587 in Wisconsin and Ohio operates is a shipbuilding, ship repair, and ship conversion organization. Manitowoc will record an after-tax gain of 60 cents a share, which it will use for purposes including paying down debt on the pending acquisition of Enodis.

Spec one of those 7 stocks mentioned (up 560%) is Manitowoc (NYSE: MTW),
they are the parent company of Marinette Marine,
the shipyard that has been using Electrowave's products.
