It was Friday so people were bailing for the weekend and taking profits, NITE was holding it down because he is short, the company was buying at the bid and held it down at the close so they could buy more next week.

Also, techinically, it needed to test the 50dma.

It looks good from here.......

I think it will break .011 next week.......
