If you watch any of the 24/7's market experts you will soon see that all they are and all they do is hype horrible news. And more accurately, they hype any counter-trend move as sure sign of heavens wrath or forgiveness. Speak about equities here; I can't tell you how many times I've seen one of these seven figure morons proclaiming the enormity of some monster 100 point move in the dow based off some meaningless BS news. And using that move to further an obvious agenda of keeping the people alarmed at all times. Since I'm the mildly agitatable sort of bloke, and I don't have dollars for a new TV every sunday. I don't watch them anymore. In fact I haven't watched the news in... jeeze, gotta be a year by now. It's all a production of alarm bell ringing aimed at keeping people scared and tuned in. If it was really that important of a news alert... They wouldn't do a commercial just before it airs and right after it is announced.
Oh.. and as a side note: Both linux and Firefox are telling me that agitatable is not really a word. I don't f@#$^&%$g care... I like it and I'm using it.
