some people probably would if it was an actual .003 offer. but it isn't, it is for another IOU that they artificially value at .003, as no one has ever been able to redeem even a single pdr for cash.
they could have pegged the value at .05 and they would still have the same real value, .0000, in terms of actual cash-out-able value.
And since they never mastered the simple task of wiring money OUT of the "exchange", anyone sending more certs into their one-way rabbit hole will get what they deserve, which is having their shares vanish and receiving no cash in return.
