I almost take issue with the use of the term "bearish short selling", in Prospect's case this was simply business, and as Sagewise stated "their core business is about providing capital at a high interest rate and I'm sure they can turn around and lend the realized gains as capital (at a high rate) to another Co that needs it. "

It really was in their best short term interest to grab the cash and reinvest it in other companies looking for cash so as to continue those high returns the Prospect PRs focus on.
