here's two things to consider:
1. it appears from what's stated in the S-1 that these private placement shares, while they are common, cannot be traded until the registration statement is filed. the deadline for that is 9/4/08, and i expect the company to take all the time provided to complete this.

2. summer money flow is typically weak, especially in the penny stock market. sure, we had some huge volume today, but once the reg statement is filed i think these big volume days might become average daily volume.
yes, the 10-Q filing is due by august 14th, but since these two issues i outlined above will likely be resolved simultaneously, a few weeks later than the Q, we might see things remain low key on the news front until after labor day.
in any case, i'm looking forward to the transition into fall trading. should be some exciting times.
