Propsect capital covering their short here makes almost too much sense. Why would they execute the trades so blatantly? I would've thought that they would've been more subtle about it no? Maybe breaking down the trade across several days, covering after hours?
It is possible that this was the likely scenarios where Prospect put the warrants as collateral and then shorted the daylights out of DPDW.
Must be nice to be an "institutional investor". Can't wait to get off the OTCBB!!!
