ELN -- I know the MS market for antegren is huge -- some say up to $6 billion annual gross --- I just don't know what the patient population is for Crohn's disease even though I understand it is a terrible affliction.

The reason I asked is because I have a young relative (three-year old distant cousin) afflicted with a horrific rare disease called familial disautonomy (usually fatal by late teenage years) which only has a few hundred patients diagnosed in the entire world and thus drug companies won't even begin research for a cure since that would be unprofitable.
