There is even a greater danger, the massive amount of hedging instruments in treasuries and for that matter in a bunch of other instrument (like City getting caught pants down with Enron derivatives...). Very fragile stuff which sudden moves in prices one way or another could easily "bring the house down".... the bu$$ went here at $18.96 for $.44.
