'stephenlumb' RE: Your advise for tomorrow....

TRADING STRATEGY : These are just my thoughts, DO NOT jump into the stock first thing in the morning at higher prices. The Market Makers sell you the stock higher up, then buy it back from others at a lower price intraday. Rather mount strong bids at the opening and let the Market Makers sweat. Do not provide them with stock at a higher price in the morning, this strategy is playing right into their hands everyday. Bid at a price that you are comfortable with and hold firm, move the bid up later in the day if you are not getting filled on your order. The Market Makers will be forced to move back on the ASK if you follow this strategy. eom.

For every ying there must be a yang. Here is my trading strategy for tomorrow.

TRADING STRATAGY : Like you say, I would not jump into the stock first thing in the morning. My strategy may seem a little off base but hear me out. Most people are going to be very anxious in the morning. They are going to be on the edge of thier seat waiting to see what the damage is. In this situation I would place my shares in a sell at market. This is one of those times where if you snooze, you lose. By the time everyone sees the open, it will be too late and if you place limit, you will be struggling behind the curve, which is likely to be straight down. What I would not do is place my order in advance so that people will see it and panic out. Rather, hold off until right at the exact second of the opening bell because you certainly do not want to telegraph your move to the market. I would further hold off on any buys until the following morning when you will likely be able to pick up some bottom basement deals about an hour after the open.
