Yeah, it's just confusion going on in the markets. I can tell you this, fwiw a few value investment funds that I keep an eye on (at work) they started buying up financials last week. Considering a few of these funds are pushing 15-20% green this year, I'm closely watching them.

To be successful in the trading game, find a sound strategy and then learn and understand the rules of your strategy.
