OT- Maybe no cheaper time but only because of Greenspan are we paying higher prices for the cheaper interest loans. I would rather have higher rates and home valuations lower than lower rates and higher valuations. When rates go back up we are going to have a bunch of folks with little to negative equity. 65% of the population could not afford to buy the home they are currently in. That says alot. That says alot about the the ability of 1st time buyers being able to buy a home. Of course we now have downpayment assistance program to offset these higher prices. these program actually help support higher prices at the entry level.
