It is rather sad that KELLY misses the whole point of the frauds he invests in. Most are MEANT to fail. The con men go through the motions pretending to be attempting to be a successful company, negotiating 'mergers' etc while dumping shares and lining their pockets (justifying their existence as CEO or whatever other pointless con title they have). It's sad but I think he really thinks these guys are trying to build a legitimate company, when in reality they are trying to pump and dump, the success or lack there of to them is moot. They make their money by suckering in their targets and 'failing' to make good on their promises...and then moving on to whatever next pump is necessary to continue the scam. Success of the 'venture' is a given, as the 'venture'/game is to sucker in as many targets as is necessary to contine to fund the pinkie scam artists lifestyle. These endless pinkie pump and dump scams are just the tool they use.
His PR letters rang of someone sending letter after letter to a mugger asking him why he robbed them (all the while making excuses for the mugger, hoping the mugger tripped into them and mistakenly grabbed their wallet and it was all some big misunderstanding). Cons and criminals usually hide and don't answer questions when the answer should be obvious.
