This is part of response from ameritrade wheb i asked about the divi's the other day.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding FORTRESS FINANCIAL GROUP INC and the spin off shares. Currently we have not received any new updates through the depository. The last information was that the spin off shares are still pending eligibility through the Depository with the Transfer Agent. We submitted another inquiry to the Depository on 7/25/08 requesting any updates if possible. The response back from the depository was the same that the Transfer Agent has not allocated any stock and is still in contact with the depository. Please keep in mind that until the issuer resolves and delivers the shares through the Depository, TD Ameritrade does not have any method to expedite receiving the shares. I also understand the frustration with getting mixed information from the parties involved. TD Ameritrade will update accounts once delivery has been received, but until that time we have no method to force the issuer and transfer agent to resolve the matter with the depository. To research further you would need to contact the issuer or status for updates with TD Ameritrade at a later date.
