so, the whole oil ramp was due to the olympics, and the run down is because Beijing is driving odd/even FOR the olympics?

this is an outrageous argument in my mind.

i guess i am missing the point.

maybe the real story if that China has been STOCKPILING for a couple of years and just decided to quit packing it in.

what's their strategic reserve size now?
