Jim, u hit the nail on the head again, how can one be serious when he wants to increase the outstanding from 2.5 bil to 10 bil. Pinksheets here we come. Tom wants a real company? Reduce outstanding from 2.5 billion with the 5-1 reverse split to 500 million shares, now thats what I would do, and issue preferred shares for debt/convertibles!
Tom has lost all respect from shareholders.
