Lots of buying but consistent huge blocks on the ask.

Probably funds cleaning their books not wanting to hold a penny stock in their portfolio.

Either that or the preferreds are cashing in on the conversions of common shares.

This will go up eventually, and if they hav better than expected write downs, this one will zoom IMO.
